Customer satisfaction is of premier importance to us at Masquerade Masks NZ. Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority. We know our returns policy is fair and open. Because masks are an easily wearable fashion item, there are some stipulations that we do make in the interest of fairness to our customers and to Marguerites Masquerade Masks.
In the event of returns or an exchange, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labelling (if any) attached, within 7 days. New and unused means that there are no visible marks or wear on the item itself. Masquerade Masks NZ will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.
Upon receipt of an order customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. Masquerade Masks NZ cannot refund courier charges. Masquerade Masks NZ is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner detailed here. All accurately returned goods will be refunded by internet banking to the customer’s bank account on receipt of the goods at our store.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. We can only exchange an item for a different style, and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received (within 7 days) and undergone a quality control check back at our store.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management. In the event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, or goods that were not what you ordered please contact us immediately. Masquerade Masks NZ will incur no cost for any refund and all delivery costs back to Masquerade Masks NZ are at the expense and liability of the Customer.
How to proceed with your return or exchange:
Please email us at email@example.com to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. Securely wrap and package the item with the completed form and send to our store address.

Masquerade Masks NZ understands and empathises with Internet/Email users personal privacy concerns. Under no circumstances will we sell, rent or give your private information including name, address, email to third parties. We collect name and address information solely for the purpose of the delivery of goods.
Terms & conditions:
Use of the website is subject to the reading and agreement of the terms and conditions. If any purchaser disagrees with the terms and conditions they must discontinue viewing and using the website. By purchasing products from The Party People DJ’s Limited trading as Masquerade Masks NZ, the purchaser (“The Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
Limitation of liability:
Masquerade Masks NZ shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products.
Shipping & freight:
Masquerade Masks NZ shall not be liable for any unforeseen delay caused by NZ Post or any courier service used to deliver orders. The Customer acknowledges that no refund is due should postal or courier services not deliver within the timeframe stated under delivery.
Incorrect address or bank account:
If a product is incorrectly addressed by us then Masquerade Masks NZ shall be responsible for the redelivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Masquerade Masks NZ will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.
Masquerade Masks NZ gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by Masquerade Masks NZ, then Masquerade Masks NZ will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.
Masquerade Masks NZ takes every possible care when photographing and displaying products for sale, however colours displayed on a screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality. Masquerade Masks NZ is not responsible or liable for any liability or loss incurred through the colours on the website not matching reality.
Once an order has been placed and paid for there is no cancellation of the order.
